The honey is a natural food consisting of fructose, glucose, small quantities of saccharose and maltose, mineral salts, enzymes and vitamins. It is produced by the bees with the nectar they collect from the blossoms.
Unlike the common sugar which can be assimilated by the body only after being resolved in glucose and fructose, the honey - being already resolved - is easily absorbed and immediately usable.

The honey we produce is extracted from the honeycombs and immediately centrifuged, filtered and cleared from any impurities.
Afterwards it is subjected to the pasteurisation process which avoids crystallisation and keeps it liquid for a long time. The pasteurisation also eliminates any bacteria or noxious agents.

It is an excellent food for those subjected to stress and an ideal energy-giving if eaten for breakfast.

Our company produces 25 gr. single-dose small boxes for hotels, communities, etc.

Our honey is also available in a three small box packaging for supermarkets.
