The Oleifici Leonardi was established in 1960 by Alfio Leonardi; from a small marketing office, thanks to the contribution of his sons Vera and Salvatore, the company is now a leader company in Eastern Sicily.
It has modern machinery for oil bottling and packaging and it uses adequate and safe production techniques. The company bottles excellent Sicilian extra-virgin olive oil, focusing on quality and respecting the consumer's health.

The company is located on Mount Etna slopes in a small town called Zafferana Etnea, where nature and tradition still play an important role.
In these warm and sunny lands there are the olive grooves from where the best olive varieties are selected: Nocellara, Biancolilla and Cerasuola.

The oil we bottle comes from fruit harvested at the right maturation time and immediately subjected to a cold pressing: this process maintains the organoleptic properties intact and produces an oil with a very low acidity content.
 
 
  Leonardi extra-virgin olive oil is tasty and fragrant, and its delicate taste cannot be easily reproduced: it is the best dressing for raw or cooked food, exploiting all kind of recipes.
