| The Azienda Agricola Dolc'Etna was established
in 1984 for the love of nature and bees in particular, which through
their hard work give us the precious honey. The company's goal is to offer a very high quality honey to the consumers. This honey is extracted through a centrifugal force cold process and being not treated with chemical substances it maintains its natural and organoleptic properties. The company produces royal jelly, propolis and honey from many different blossoms, such as orange, lemon, wild flowers, chestnut, eucalyptus, sulla etc. Mixing honey to some other products always from Mount Etna, such as pistachios, hazelnuts, almonds, we also produce creams able to satisfy the most exigent palates. The company also produces pistachio, walnut and hazelnut mixtures and other typical specialities from the Sicilian culinary tradition. |
