The Azienda Agricola Racasale -a farm established in 1998 - was originally extended on one hectare land: now things are different and it covers 40 hectares with a staff of 9 workers.
Its production line and internal processing guarantee the best quality control of its products. Its products are currently available all over the country with the KORE trademark.

Its goal is to start an agricultural production which fully respects both nature and consumers. For this reason, the company, even if using modern mechanized machines, exploits those production phases which require highly specialized human workers, basing the production on tradition and love for the soil and its products.
Extreme attention is paid to picking, selection and packaging of vegetables, in order to deliver high genuine products - rich in nutritional values - to the consumers.

We feel nature as a complete cycle and man's work is part of it. That's why we farm bees: they help the pollination cycle and provide propolis - the best natural antibiotic, used to prevent plant sickness.

The results we obtained in these last years convinced us to gradually start a biological production, passing from a conventional one - still performed with a controlled and extremely rigorous use of chemical products.
The first biological products will be available with the next season.

We have recently started breeding edible snails.
