On behalf of third parties, it gives professional advice on agronomy and production processes (chemical and physical analyses, selection of cultivars, systems to preserve plant health respecting both environment and consumers, use of modern technology for olive picking and storage, oil press organization, management of the most modern devices for oil extraction and computerized oil press management); advice on quality control (olive oil chemical analyses and organoleptic analyses - panel tests); advice on final product conditioning (use of oil storage systems, use of conditioning devices, import-export and location of international markets).
