Piana di Borromeo is a farm situated in Trapani hinterland.
The company covers a total surface of 24 hectares cultivated
with grapes, vegetables, cereals and forage which are processed
in a 500 mq modern facility.
The main production is yellow melon, typical of the area, along
with a large vegetable production: garlic, zucchini , aubergines,
peppers, watermelons, cherry tomatoes, artichokes and sweet
corn.

The production cycle is carried out strictly observing the current
hygiene regulations (haccp).
All phases, from selection (quality and size) to packaging (in
boxes and pallets for national and international exports) are
carried inside the farm facilities.

Piana di Borromeo is also busy with small animal farming, such
as chickens, turkeys, peacocks which freely scratch in the barnyard.
We also farm rabbits, pigs and sheep. All animals are thoroughly
respected and fed with wild grass and forage grown in the farm
lands.
All the many activities are directly followed by the owner and
his family who permanently lives in a house inside the estate.
Here there is also a nice restaurant.
